Fancy a trip around our part of the world? It can get a bit hot here in summer, so rather than toil about in the heat, join us on this virtual tour of our slice of the world - the West Pilbara. Pull up a chair, pour your favourite drink and enjoy the sites.
On the way you'll learn just where the Pilbara is and why it is one of the most magnificent regions in the world. We'll give you some background on our people - the Indigenous Australians - who have been here for tens of thousands of years. We'll give you a little peek at all the towns around us, as well as some of the nicer spots.
To visit the next spot, click the hat. If you're worn out and sweating, in need of a rest, click the boomerang to return to this page. To see a description of an image, hover your mouse pointer it for a couple of seconds. Anytime you want to see a larger version of an image, simply click it, and it will open in a new browser window, allowing you to continue your tour while it loads.
....... but if you want to skip straight to a particular spot, you can use the drop-down list in the top corner. So, put your virtual hat on, plenty of virtual sunscreen, some fly spray and off we go!
